Released in the spring of 1970, the 2/3 issue of Stereo Headphones focused on the new French poetries, with contributions from Ben Vautier, Julien Blaine, Jean-François Bory, Henri Chopin, Pierre Garnier, Jochen Gerz, Jean-Claude Moineau, Gérald Rocher, Jean-Marie Le Sidaner, Eugen Gomringer, Dom Sylvester Houédard, Ernst Jandl, Robert Lax, Edwin Morgan, bpNichol and Edgardo Antonio Vigo.

Subtitled "the death of concrete", the issue also featured “a number of sta[t]ements on the death of concrete poetry, as voiced by various well-known poets in this field”.

Released in a trade edition of 488 copies, with the remaining 12 available as a deluxe numbered edition on hand-made paper and featuring signed works by Henri Chopin and Edwin Morgan.
